Because in-store systems are mission critical, the CHOISE solution is highly resilient with each POS able to operate in stand-alone mode. Should issues arise however, In-Tech offer a number of hardware and software maintenance and support options.

In-Tech offer first class support, with a Help-desk, based at our Service Centre in Lincoln, available 7 days a week. Our Support Analysts have remote access to all client locations and can undertake analysis and solve the majority of issues.

For Hardware maintenance we have a large number of field based service engineers who can provide on site-assistance, with the back-up of our service centre in Lincoln for repairs and servicing.
